Cancellations and Refunds

HOUSE OF HOLY ART believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the applicable time of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the vendors or merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

HOUSE OF HOLY ART does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. Refund or replacement can be provided if the customer proves that the product delivered is of poor quality. In case of receiving damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our customer service team. The request will be processed only after the merchant verifies and confirms the defect. This must be reported within the applicable time of receiving the product.

If the customer feels that the product received is not as displayed on the website or does not meet expectations, they should inform our customer service team within the applicable time of delivery. After reviewing the complaint, the support team will take an appropriate decision.

For products covered under a manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly.

In case a refund is approved by HOUSE OF HOLY ART, the processing time will follow the applicable refund timeline and the amount will be credited to the customer accordingly.
